Who can open a wholesale account?
Laboratories and organizations that use the materials for in-vitro or laboratory research, and distributors that sell only to research institutions. We do not open accounts for clinics, pharmacies, compounding pharmacies, or resellers that sell for human or animal use.
Is there a minimum order?
Minimums depend on the product and lot size. We include them in your quote.
Can you supply one lot for a whole study?
Often, yes. Tell us the quantity and timeline and we will check stock for a single lot.
Do you offer custom labeling or private label?
No. Products ship under Veridryx labels with their lot numbers, so each vial can be traced to its certificate.
What documents come with an order?
The certificate of analysis for each lot shipped, plus safety data sheets and specification sheets on request.
Do you provide protocols or dosing information?
No. We supply materials and analytical documentation only, and we do not provide dosing, administration or human-use guidance.
