Every product sold by Veridryx Sciences and Research LLC as a research product is for in-vitro and laboratory research only. This policy explains what that means and what we require of every buyer.

What "research use only" means
Research use only (RUO) means a product is supplied for scientific investigation in a laboratory setting, such as in-vitro assays, analytical method development and reference testing. RUO products are not manufactured, tested or labeled for use in people or animals, and they have not been reviewed by the FDA for safety or effectiveness for any purpose.
Prohibited uses
Research products must not be:
- administered to humans or animals by any route, including injection, ingestion, inhalation, or application to skin or mucous membranes;
- used in clinical research involving people, or in veterinary use;
- used as, or in, a drug, dietary supplement, food, cosmetic or medical device;
- compounded, relabeled, repackaged or resold for any of these uses.
Who may buy
- Adults aged 21 or older with the training and facilities to handle research chemicals safely.
- Laboratories, academic and research institutions, and businesses buying for research use.
Buyer confirmation
Every order requires you to confirm that you are 21 or older and that the products are for laboratory research only, not for human or animal use. We keep this confirmation with your order. Giving a false confirmation is a breach of our Terms.
Verification and refusal
- We may ask for your organization, institutional email, research application or other information before we ship.
- We may refuse or cancel any order, without explanation, where we have concerns about the intended use.
- We cancel orders, and may close accounts, where any communication, note, review or post suggests human or animal use or asks for dosing information.
Safe handling, storage and disposal
- Handle products only in a suitable laboratory using appropriate protective equipment.
- Store products as stated on the label and safety data sheet.
- Dispose of unused material and containers according to your institution’s procedures and applicable law.
No medical advice
Nothing on this site, in our documentation or from our staff is medical advice. We do not provide dosing, administration or protocol information for human or animal use, and we will not answer questions about it.
