Veridryx Sciences and Research LLC sells research materials for laboratory research use only. This policy sets out the standards we hold ourselves to in how we describe, market and sell our products, and what we expect from customers.

What Veridryx is and is not
- Veridryx is a supplier of research-use-only chemical and biochemical materials.
- Veridryx is not a pharmacy, compounding pharmacy, outsourcing facility, medical or wellness provider, drug manufacturer or supplement company.
- Our products are not drugs, dietary supplements, foods, cosmetics or medical devices, and have not been evaluated or approved by the FDA for any use.
No medical or health claims
We do not make, and do not allow on our site or channels, any statement that a research product diagnoses, treats, cures, mitigates or prevents a disease, or affects the structure or function of the human or animal body. This includes claims about weight, appetite, metabolism, healing, recovery, performance, ageing, appearance or wellbeing in people or animals.
No dosing and no human-use guidance
- We do not publish or provide dosing, dosage calculators, administration routes, injection or reconstitution protocols for human or animal use, cycles, stacks or any similar guidance.
- Our staff will not answer questions about using a product in people or animals. Such questions are declined, and the related order may be cancelled.
Marketing standards
- Product pages describe chemistry, specifications, storage and documentation only.
- We do not use testimonials, reviews, before-and-after images or influencer content that describe human or animal use.
- We do not use images of people using or appearing to use a product on themselves or others.
- Quality claims on our site are limited to what our documentation supports, such as the results on a lot’s certificate of analysis.
- Advertising, email and social posts follow the same standards as this site.
Customer obligations
Customers must meet the eligibility requirements in our Terms & Conditions, confirm research use at checkout, and follow our Research Use Policy. We may cancel orders, close accounts and refuse future sales where a customer indicates or engages in human or animal use, or resells for those uses.
Documentation and records
- We keep records of supplier qualification, lot testing and released lots.
- Certificates of analysis are published or available on request by lot.
- We keep records of customer research-use confirmations with each order.
Reporting a concern
If you see content, a listing or a communication that does not meet this policy, or believe a product is being misused, email support@veridryx.com. We review every report.
