Returns Policy

Because research materials are sensitive to storage and handling, our returns are limited. We accept returns only of unopened products in their original sealed condition, as described below.

What can be returned

• Products that are unopened, with the seal and flip-off cap intact, the label and lot number undamaged, and in the original packaging.
• Return requests made within 30 days of delivery.
• Products bought directly from Veridryx.

What cannot be returned

• Any vial that has been opened, punctured, reconstituted or had its seal broken or cap removed.
• Products that have been stored outside the conditions on the label, or whose condition we cannot confirm.
• Products returned without an approved return authorization.
• Orders cancelled for a breach of our Terms or Research Use Policy.

Damaged, incorrect or out-of-specification products

• If a product arrives damaged, or is not the product or lot you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos.
• If you believe a product does not match the certificate of analysis for its lot, contact us within 30 days of delivery with the lot number and the basis for your concern.
• Where we confirm the problem, we will replace the product or refund it, at our choice. We may ask you to return the product or to dispose of it and confirm disposal.

How to request a return

1. Email support@veridryx.com with your order number, the product and lot number, and the reason for the return.
2. Wait for a return authorization and instructions. Do not send products back without one.
3. Ship the product back in its original packaging. Unless the return is for our error, you pay return shipping.

Refunds

• Approved refunds go to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of our receiving and inspecting the return.
• Original shipping charges are not refundable unless the return is for our error.
• Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.
